Decoflex

Wood veneer as you have never experienced

The layons are jointed to size and glued onto a paper backing sheet. Thereafter the fibres are broken in order to achieve the characteristic flexibility of Decoflex. Following this the sheets are sanded to achieve a fine surface.

The speed of finishing is undoubtedly the biggest advantage. Decoflex can be glued very quickly onto any baseboard or other surface. Stock items can be delivered within 24-48 hours.

Decoflex can be applied with PVA glues, contact adhesives and UF glues, depending on what machinery the end user has available. Glueing instructions are in very box and can be found on our website.

Decoflex 3 ply is a 1,5 mm thick plywood, consisting of 3 layers of wood veneer (2 x rotary cut gaboon veneers and a decorative wood specie on the face (see matrix). The board is rigid but still fairly flexible and can be used in the same applications as any other board material.
