Jointed veneer

Decomat is located in Croatia and is specialized in jointing veneer. The most important wood veneers that are jointed there are oak, beech, ash (these three veneers are available with FSC label) and birch. On demand all other wood veneers can be jointed.

A team of 170 very competent employees are making production of 750.000 m² jointed veneer per month.

After purchase the raw veneer is sorted on quality and length. A stock of 1.000.000 m² presorted veneer enables to meet the customer’s requirements very quickly.

Decomat has the option to splice with glue or thread. The company has 4 cross grain jointing machines of the Ruckle type, 4 long grain jointing machines with glue and 25 long grain jointing machines with thread. The splicing machines are fed by 10 guillotine operators.

After splicing all veneer is controlled by our quality team and carefully packed afterwards.
