Special panels that can be veneered

Decospan can also offer you the possibility of veneering onto the special boards that are listed below:

Flax plaat:
This panel is manufactured by Decospan. The core is 38mm thick flaxboard. To both sides of this panel is glued an MDF of 3 mm so that the final thickness of the panel is 44mm. Other thicknesses are on demand. The advantage of this panel is the combination of thickness with a light weight and the finishing options of an MDF. Standard dimension is 2800 x 2070 with a minimum order quantity of 30 pieces.

Eurolight:
This is a lightweight board composed of a cardboard honeycomb core with a chipboard or MDF top and bottom layer. The thickness of the top and bottom layer can vary as required between 3 or 4mm chipboard and 8 mm MDF. Chipboard faces are standard in production of this board however, Decospan also offer MDF faces if required. This product has multiple applications: furniture, doors, interior design...
These boards are available in size 2800 x 2070. The available thicknesses with MDF faces are 38, 50 and 60 mm with a top layer of 8 mm and 25, 30, 32, 38, 40 and 50mm with a top layer of 3 or 4 mm chipboard.

Greenpanel:

The standard dimension is 2800 x 2070 and is delivered per pack. The min. order quantity depends on the thickness. Available thicknesses are 28, 38, 50 and 60mm. Other dimensions and thicknesses are on request.

Tube Chipboard:
This is another weight saving product. It is made from chipboard the core of which has been hollowed out in sections, the face of which is left intact. The dimensions and thicknesses of this product are on request.
