Wood fits into any interior. Light or dark wood, a floor, a wall, a ceiling or compartmentalized with slats. At Decospan, we don't just believe that wood makes living and working interiors more beautiful and warmer. It also improves the quality of life.
Combining design with Scandinavian wood graced this kitchen with the warm, elegant feel the client was looking for. The project was a fantastic collab between the architects of Studio Frits and Broersma Bouw builders.
Perfect for contemporary interior design
The kitchen was created with Nordus Spring Larch panels from the current Nordus Collection; these veneered panels are the perfect match for todays interior design trends. The wood starts out untreated so that it can be finished, coloured and protected with oil, stain, or varnish to satisfy your style.
A wood finish that feels alive
In this kitchen, the panels are first distressed with a wire brush, a surface treatment that brings the wood to life, adding an extra dimension. Wood brushing helps the structure and grain of the wood stand out.

A cosy kitchen with a Scandinavian look
The architects had a Scandinavian look in mind for this kitchen, with the typical light-hued, natural, and cosy feel. That made the choice of Larchwood finish from the Nordus Collection a resounding success.
