The Maister office isnt hard to find as the solid pink building stands out among the sea of grey on the business park – looking ordinary was never an option for a vibrant company that describes itself as a creative service unit. In its own words, Maister creates just about anything – from photos, videos and product design to architecture, interiors and total concepts.
Courtyard garden with jungle
The Pink Building is a unique place to work and that goes for the inside as well. How about a courtyard garden with a jungle feel and a petanque court? The office area is a light, bright, open space filled with cheerful colours and trendy design. Theres also a kitchen, bar, eating space and living area with wood-burning stove – what more could you want?
Traditional counterpart
Unlike the cheerful colours of the main building, the separate office where Maister staff can meet visitors has a quieter feel and a slightly more traditional style, with dark wood and dark green curtains and carpet.
Luxury finish
The dark green of the textiles perfectly complements the dark veneer on the walls and the dark tones of the custom-made furniture – all designed by the creative skills at Maister. The design was brought to life by K.N.A.P. Interieur using Palissander Santos; a striking red/brown wood with an unusual grain, which gives the space a luxury feel. Absolutely on point!
