At Decospan, we're on the lookout for an individual to take on the role of Customer Service Representative, bridging the gap between our Belgian hubs and our customers and Sales team across the USA! You’ll ditch the typical 9 tot 5 and work from noon till 9pm (or 11am till 8pm, let’s discuss!).

As the single point of contact for the USA, you'll be based in Belgium (in our Menen office and your home office), but your heart will be in the USA, where you'll be the guardian of customer satisfaction. Here's what you'll be up to: 

  • Building strong relationships with our distributors and industrial clients all over the USA. 
  • Being the voice of our customers, translating their needs to our Belgian crew for the best customer service and keeping the supply chain flowing seamlessly.  
  • Juggling quotes, orders, and inquiries with finesse and speed. 
  • Tackling any customer complaints like a pro, turning frowns upside down!

To thrive in this role, you need: 

  • A bachelor's degree or similar experience in customer service or internal sales. 
  • Proficiency in English and a keen understanding of American culture. Fluency in Dutch is requires to connect with your Belgian colleagues 
  • Autonomy and problem-solving expertise to navigate the complexities of the supply chain and deliver optimal solutions. 
  • Flexibility to align with our Belgian team's schedule and effectively address customer needs across time zones. 
  • A readiness to embark on occasional international journeys, engaging with key customers and industry events to elevate our service standards.
