Your main tasks:
- Complete management of customer service, acting as team captain.
- Support and development of your team members in their daily work.
- Serving as the bridge between our Czech team and headquarters in Belgium.
- Identifying opportunities for optimization and automation of internal processes.
- Occasionally supporting broader group initiatives – projects, marketing, etc.
- Fluent knowledge of English and German (spoken and written).
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or team leadership.
- Independence, ability to set priorities, and to lead others.
- Team spirit and a natural ability to motivate those around you.
- Residence in or around Strakonice, Písek, or nearby areas.
- A stable job in a friendly team that is part of a strong international group.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work from home 3 days per month.
- Hot lunches at the company (50% subsidized by the employer).
- Working hours Monday to Friday, with shorter Fridays (6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
