• Qualify leads, identify the commercial potential, and feed the CRM with accurate, structured insights.

Turn leads into meaningful projects

• Assess incoming inquiries and convert them into concrete opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to activate targeted engagement strategies.
• Book high-quality meetings for your external colleagues and support them with strong preparation.
• Act as the internal and external point of contact for architects across countries.
• Welcome and inspire visitors in our showroom, ensuring an outstanding experience.

Drive smooth follow-up & high-quality organisation

• Maintain the showroom so it reflects the quality of our brand and products.
• Keep CRM data sharp, up-to-date, and actionable.
• Report progress in a clear and concise way.

Champion sustainability

• Ensure ESG principles are embedded in how we approach architects and designers.
• Advocate for sustainable, responsible choices in line with Decospan’s values.

You have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally with experience in sales, specification sales, interior design, or a related field. You have a strong affinity with design, architecture, or wood-based materials.

You're a natural connector who communicates with enthusiasm, clarity, and diplomacy.  You're commercially minded with strong organisational skills — you love seeing leads turn into real business.

Next to your digital skillset (confident with CRM, social platforms, and Microsoft 365 tools.), you're fluent in Dutch, English, German and French.

You're open to occasional travel (events, fairs).
