Decospan once again nominated as a Trends Gazellen
At Decospan, we do not often talk about our numbers. We prefer to focus on our passion. Nevertheless, our recent nomination as a Trends Gazelle 2026 is a moment worth reflecting on. This marks the second time in three years, following our previous nomination in 2024, that Decospan has received this recognition.
It serves as confirmation that our vision of sustainable growth is truly delivering results in practice.
What does this nomination mean?
The Trends Gazelles are a household name in the Belgian business world. Each year, the editorial team of the economic magazine “Trends” selects the fastest-growing companies per province that make a significant contribution to the local economy.
The selection is based on objective data: growth in added value, personnel and cash flow over the past five years. To be nominated is to be ranked among the most dynamic companies in West Flanders, in the company of other leading growers from the region.
We are proud to be nominated alongside other leading firms such as AVC Gemino, BioLizard, Belberry, Optimile and Virto Solar. Whether in West Flanders or across the regions of Liège, Limburg and Brussels, these fellow nominees collectively drive a vibrant and resilient Belgian economy.
Growing to reinvest
For us, this growth is not an end in itself, but a means to continue doing what we do best. As a family-owned business, we make a conscious choice to consistently reinvest the added value we create into our own foundations:

The next step
The final ranking will be announced during the official award ceremony on 1 April 2026, where we will learn if Decospan has secured a place in the top 10 of West Flemish Gazelles.
For us, however, the nomination itself already serves as a sincere thank you to all our employees for their dedication over the past year.
