With the implementation of our new ERP system, SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM), we are on the brink of a major technological leap. That’s why we are looking for a Business Analyst who can optimize processes and elevate our factory to the next level.
- You will co-lead business and system improvement projects from A to Z within Operations/Supply Chain: from process analysis and requirements gathering to solution design, testing, go-live, and aftercare.
- You analyze shop floor operations and ensure that new SAP DM processes are fully aligned with Decospan’s operational reality.
- You configure and validate processes in these systems yourself (low-code/if-then logic) and coordinate testing with key users.
- You help streamline operations by designing clear, integrated process and system setups in SAP.
- You document process flows, functional specifications, and work instructions to guide teams through the transition.
- You support key users during workshops, testing, and go-lives, provide training to end users, and actively promote knowledge sharing across the organization.
- You have several years (2-10) of experience as a Business Analyst in an industrial environment or consultancy.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and can clearly map out complex processes.
- You are an effective communicator and switch easily between different teams.
- You don’t need to be a programmer, but you understand IT concepts and can proactively detect errors.
- You are a problem solver with a hands-on mentality and a passion for digital transformation.
