About the role

A Decospan Sales Executive is a true ambassador for our Architectural Wood Panel and Veneer business in the North American market. You play a key role in strengthening partnerships with distributors and mill workers, while actively expanding our customer base and driving growth across the Texas and Great Lakes region. Like an explorer, you identify new opportunities, open doors, and translate strategy into tangible business results. You spend most of your time in the field, building relationships, combined with a remote home office. You report directly to the VP Operations & Sales North America.
  • Represent Decospan’s panel brands (Shinnoki, Querkus, Nuxe & Astrata) to existing and new distributors and mill workers across your region, contributing to sustainable revenue growth
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and increase customer satisfaction through joint visits, product presentations, and targeted sales initiatives
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Texas and Great Lakes territory, translating strategy into a clear commercial action plan
  • Define and optimize the route-to-market to strengthen Decospan’s regional presence
  • Use your technical knowledge of our panel solutions to support and advise customers
  • Follow up on requests, quotations, orders, and deliveries with accuracy and ownership
  • Report insights, market feedback, and successes in a structured way, always aligned with the broader strategy

Your key to success

  • You are passionate about sales and driven to build meaningful, long-term partnerships
  • Experience in panels, wood veneer, or working with distributors and/or mill workers is a strong asset
  • You are willing to travel frequently within your region and occasionally our Belgian HQ for training
  • You combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach in a fast-growing environment
  • You are proactive, resilient, and know how to stay calm and solution-oriented in challenging situations
