- Body: from first-aid and smoking cessation to ergonomics.
- Food: activating a healthy lifestyle with tips about a healthy diet.
- Move: we want to encourage employees to move more with a contemporary, hyper-modern fitness suite. Furthermore, there are also opportunities to walk (our ‘decorunners’), cycle (the ‘decobikers’), walk (the ‘decowalkers’), fitness, guided sports sessions, and coaching for the Decospan Triathlon in Menen.

Empathy is key, and our Good Causes Committee knows this like no one else. As you now know, Decospan started as a family-run business. You can feel these family values throughout the company. This is why engagement in the broadest sense of the word is an important factor. In addition to caring for our employees, we also make a contribution to society. For instance, we gather clothing for people in need, we support local sports and youth initiatives, and we help people who are in financial difficulties.
Fun /events

Project – GROWTH RINGS with support from the European Social Fund
The growth of each tree causes the forest to grow. When our employees grow, Decospan grows with them as a company. Our ‘GROWTH RINGS’ project distinguishes us from other companies. With support from the ESF, Decospan actively creates a context in which employees can proactively work on a sustainable career. For instance, you will reflect regularly on your talents (your ‘growth rings’) and how we can best bring these out at Decospan. After all, it goes without saying that you have passion.
