This year, Decospan is one of the nominees for the 2024 Trends Gazellen, a prestigious title founded by Trends Magazine, to celebrate the 250 fastest-growing companies in every Belgian province. The Gazellen, or ‘Gazelles’ are rewarded for the integral role they play as inspirational role models in the local economic landscape. This nomination is held in high regard throughout the business world because of the national exposure and regional recognition.
The Gazelles nomination is impartial: every company automatically becomes a candidate upon sharing its balance sheet with the national bank. The companies are then grouped by size based on their added value – with Decospan falling under the large companies category. Trends Business Information analyses the growth evolution for the companies' added value, workforce and cash flow based on the previous five book years.
These requirements result in a list of 250 Gazellen per province, who receive the title of nominated Trends Gazelle 2024. The highest-ranking company receiving the title of Trends Gazellen Ambassador.
