• Represent Decospan’s brands in Panels (Shinokki, Querkus, Nordus & Astrata) to existing and new distributors and OEM’s in your region to achieve strategic growth in revenue
• Build strong relationships, increase customer satisfaction and provide added value via key customer visits, sales promotions and presentations
• Expand Decospan territory, translate management direction into action and hunt for new opportunities.
• Identify ways to develop the business and create your sales strategy
• Develop in-depth technical knowledge of our Panels, and answer customer’s questions
• Follow-up on requests, proposals, sales orders & actual deliveries
• Report your findings in CRM

• You have a bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years selling experience with specific experience in industrial products. Experience in the Panels business or with wood veneer is a huge plus
• You eat, live and breathe sales and you are hungry to reach results and build genuine relationships with customers.
• You are flexible to travel throughout North America & Canada and are excited to travel to our Belgian HQ for training purposes
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy working in a rapidly growing company with fast decision lines and huge ambitions
• You jump on new opportunities with great enthusiasm and know how to “keep your cool” in difficult situations
