Architect Toon van Seggelen used Querkus Oak Natura Adagio, a pure and authentic material. The veneer underwent a ‘scratch’ treatment in Decospan’s finishing centre, giving the surface a bandsaw effect. It creates a veneer panel that looks just as rugged as solid wood.
That solid wood look complements the rustic vibe of the exposed brick wall beautifully and creates an incredibly natural and relaxing atmosphere. And there you have it – a newbuild oozing with character.
