Health and well-being

We want our people to feel happy, healthy, and part of an inclusive environment. 

Physical health and safety: a safe and ergonomic workspace is key to a healthy work environment.

Through an occupational safety framework, regular assessments and ongoing campaigns, we want to instil a proactive mindset with the ultimate goal of zero workplace accidents by 2040.  

Psychosocial well-being: mental and emotional health should not be underestimated.

Employees flourish in a supportive environment, which is why we have chosen to provide several accessible support channels so that people know where to turn for assistance. 

Diversity and inclusion: diversity in culture, background and mindset are the main ingredients for a creative and innovative working environment.

We want to create a sense of belonging where every individual feels respected, valued, and accepted, regardless of their background.
